One-to-ones

One-to-one lessons are a way to explore your interest in yoga in more depth. They are suitable for all levels of experience, including complete beginners. Lessons include intelligent and creative sequences of postures, as well as breath, sound and meditation techniques. Yoga wisdom is explored and inspires our approach to practice. 

Private lessons can also allow a more therapeutic approach for aspects like supporting pregnancy and a calm approach to birth; aiding postnatal recovery; back pain, headaches or digestion; relieving stress, depression or anxiety; recovering from injury; and balancing the emotions. 

Lessons are available between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please contact me for further details and a free 15 minute consultation.          

Fee: £40 (60 minute lesson)

 

 

Yoga for Mamas (Babies welcome!)

Suitable for Mums with children of all ages

Location: Home Studio, Mountfield Road, Ealing W5 2NG

 

Yoga for Mums provides a calm and nurturing space away from the demands of busy life to focus on you. The lessons aim to give you a lovely sense of wellbeing - boosting energy and vitality, balancing the emotions, and promoting relaxation. They also gently strengthen the body, improve posture, and relieve any aches and pains. Suitable for mums with children of all ages - from 4-8 weeks postnatal, babies are welcome. Up to 3 mums. Class includes drinks and cake!
