Saturday mornings



These classes aim to deepen your knowledge of the principles of Viniyoga and to develop your practice in a calm and friendly group class. Complete beginners are very welcome! Lessons include postures, as well as breath, sound and meditation techniques, to help you feel wonderfully relaxed and energised! One-to-one lessons

One-to-one lessons are a way to deepen your journey with yoga. They can also allow a more therapeutic approach for issues like back pain, headaches or digestion; relieving stress, depression or anxiety; supporting pregnancy and a calm approach to birth; recovering from injury; and managing emotions like anger. Please contact me for further details and a free 15 minute consultation. Fee: £40 for up to an hour, including a personal home practice.


Yoga for women's health and wellbeing



Lessons specifically designed for women! Enjoy time out from the demands of busy life to reconnect with who you truly are and to experience a deep renewal of energy, calm and clarity. The class begins with a little time to explore the week's theme, followed by a nurturing practice, including postures, and breath, sound, meditation and relaxation techniques. Please contact me for a course outline and to book your place.

Yoga wisdom for modern times

In this informal discussion group we explore the wisdom from ancient texts such as the Yoga Sutras. We discuss some of the main concepts and themes, and the insight and clarity they have for our personal and social lives. Each session includes some meditation on the key theme.
