Yoga Level 1-2
Lessons aim to deepen your knowledge of the fundamentals of Yoga, and to develop your practice in a calm, friendly group class. Suitable for all levels of experience - beginners are very welcome! Lessons include intelligent and creative sequences of postures, as well as breath, sound and meditation techniques. Yoga wisdom is also explored and inspires our approach to practice.

Yoga for Mamas (Babies welcome!)
Suitable for Mums with children of all ages
Location: Home Studio, Mountfield Road, Ealing W5 2NG
Yoga for Mums provides a calm and nurturing space away from the demands of busy life to focus on you. The lessons aim to give you a lovely sense of wellbeing - boosting energy and vitality, balancing the emotions, and promoting relaxation. They also gently strengthen the body, improve posture, and relieve any aches and pains. Suitable for mums with children of all ages - from 4-8 weeks postnatal, babies are welcome. Up to 3 mums. Class includes drinks and cake!

Fee: £13 a class
One-to-one lessons are a way to explore your interest in yoga in more depth. They can also allow a more therapeutic approach for aspects like supporting pregnancy and a calm approach to birth; aiding postnatal recovery any time after birth; back pain, headaches or digestion; relieving stress, depression or anxiety; recovering from injury; and balancing the emotions.
